Between 09th and 11th Junio Bosque Escondido Arte (Hidden Forest Art), a  few hectares of a private forest located on the southern face of the the Sueve mountain range and facing the Picos de Europa National Park, will host a yoga retreat, a fine way to greet the end of spring, share experiences, care for your health, explore the surroundings, delight and educate your sight.  Healthful vacations combining nature and art, because  here we has the sculpture  Carmen Castillo.‘s  workshop.

Nacho is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher and practitioner with nine years of practice and Five years of teaching experience in a variety of environments. He teaches with the intention to spread the knowledge and the system of yoga as it has been learned and experienced during study and practice around the world. He is specializing in teaching the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga system. Also, his emphasis is placed on alignment and adjustments of posture to ensure the perfection of posture practice as well as to take students safely beyond their expected limits.

Friday 09th

How to get there:

The hour and the meeting point is at 17:30h at Hotel Cuadroveña a only 2km of Arriondas. Asturias.

Arrival by airplane

• Please book your flight to arrive at Asturias Airport (OVD).  We will pick you up from the airport at  15:00h with extra paid

Arrival by bus or train

• Please arrive at Oviedo bus or train station. We will pick you up from the bus or train station. at 16:00h with extra paid

Once accommodated at the hotel, we‘ll go to the Bosque Escondido Arte (Hidden Forest Art) about 10 ‘ drive. All transport from the Hotel to the Forest are include in the price.

18:30h Welcome tea and speech to explain the weekly program

19:00h First Yoga Session .

21:00h  Flexi-vegetarian dinner.

22:45h Return to the hotel to have a good rest.

Saturday 10th

MEALS:

All meals are inspired by the oriental and Mediterranean cuisine and are daily fresh cooked. A wide range of flexi-vegetarian or vegan food is offered, elaborated with local ecological products from our neighboring farm Biobrotes  and from our own garden. There are also many fruit trees on the farm. The food is healthy and will ensure you have the right energy to do yoga, hiking, and the rest of activities, and energize yourself during your stay. Meals can be adapted to persons with gluten or lactose intolerance. All excursions include picnic provided by our kitchens.

ACCOMODATION:

A pleasant rural hotel 10 minutes drive  from the woods in double occupancy rooms with private bath. (Transport for the hotel to the Forest include)

A single room will be possible with extra paid.

WHAT TO BRING:

You are advised to bring warm clothes and a waterproof jacket, as well as suitable footwear for walking in nature (use of trainers are also ok), comfortable clothes for the yoga, body and mind exercises, and of course, for the relaxing moments.

Weekend retreat (2 nights):

From 350€/person (ALL TAXES INCLUDE)
150€ deposit payable upon reservation, remaining payment to be effected no later than one week before the retreat.

Conditions:

The prices include complete pension, double occupancy hotel rooms with full bath, the activities and excursions .
Massages not included in the prices.
